Return Period

Eligible Products for Return

• Returns are accepted only for products that are unused, sealed, and in their original packagingReturned products must be in the same condition as received, without signs of use, damage, or tampering.
• Returns are accepted in the following cases:
• Products delivered in error (e.g., different product or variant than ordered);
• Products with manufacturing defects (e.g., broken container, defective pump);
• Products damaged during transport.

Products Not Eligible for Return

• For hygiene and health protection reasons, returns cannot be accepted for:
• Cosmetic products that have been unsealed or used;
• Customized or made-to-order products;
• Products with damaged original packaging that can no longer be resold.

Return Procedure

• If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
• Send an email to info@azzahealthbeauty.ro with the subject line „Cerere de retur”, including:
  • Your full name
  • Order number;
  • Reason for the return;
  • Supporting photos (if applicable – e.g., damaged or defective product).
• You will receive a reply within 2 business days with details regarding the return process
• Once approved, ship the product back via courier service to our address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except in cases where the return is due to our error – wrong or defective product).

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days into the bank account specified.
